I received a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, a masters degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a bachelor of arts with summa cum laude honors from Boston College. I completed my predoctoral internship at the New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and a postdoctoral fellowship specializing in the treatment of eating disorders at the New York University Counseling and Behavioral Health Service.

I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, hospitals, a residential treatment center, and university mental health services, providing individual and group treatment, conducting research and supervising trainees.
